Customer Service Representative

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will join the Retail Banking team at our Iqaluit branch. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with a variety of financial activities, like making deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and cashing cheques. As you get to know our customers, you will be able to help them identify some of their financial needs and provide them the best solution through FNBC’s products and services, while adhering to internal and regulatory policies and procedures. This position is based out of our Branch in Iqaluit, Nunavut.
You are a highly motivated individual who is passionate about providing a high level of customer service. You have a keen eye for detail and possess strong organizational skills. You are highly reliable, professional, and efficient and enjoys working with others!
Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service
Have a keen eye for detail and perform duties with a high level of accuracy/completeness
Be punctual and provide a solid ongoing attendance record
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
Possess strong organizational skills
Experience with financial institution software systems preferred
Cash handling, customer service, and/or sales experience preferred
