Position Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you are accountable for performing financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other account transactions. You will have a keen eye for detail and ability to perform with a high level of accuracy. Your strong customer service skills will support you in listening to customers and understanding their needs. In addition you will display your ability to identify opportunities to promote First Nations Bank products and services, while adhering to internal and regulatory policies and procedures. 

Qualifications Required

• Be passionate about providing an exemplary level of customer service

• Have a keen eye for detail and perform duties with a high level of accuracy and completeness

• Must be punctual and provide a solid ongoing attendance record

• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Possess strong organizational skills

• Have the ability to display politeness and patience

• Be a highly motivated team player who works well under supervision

Job Location

This full-time position will be based in our Flying Dust First Nation (adjacent to Meadow Lake), Saskatchewan branch on a Monday through Friday work week.
