As a Risk Management Analyst, you will assist with the technical side of the risk management program for the Bank and subsidiaries. This is a permanent full-time position. We are open to hybrid or in-office at our head office in Saskatoon. This location is on First Nations land.

Here's What You'll Be Doing

  • support risk related decision making and risk monitoring by identifying, analyzing, measuring and reporting of risks.

  • provide risk scoring, risk assessments and risk treatment strategies on risks of the Bank.

  • be a relationship builder and communicate risk management activities across stakeholders of the Bank.

Qualifications requises

What We're Looking For
  • A degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, or math

  • Knowledge or experience of risk management programs in a financial institution

  • Experience in GRC software applications is a desirable asset

  • Experience in developing frameworks, policies and procedures

  • Competence in communicating with a diverse multitude of clients, staff and stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve the goals and objective of the Bank

  • Experience working with Indigenous People and Communities and federal regulators is a desirable asset

  • Acceptable criminal record and credit checks

This is a full-time position based out of our Saskatoon Head Office with remote or hybrid options available.
