Mr. Caldwell has extensive experience in strategy, corporate development, technology, and human resources in financial services and related sectors. He retired at the end of 2023 from Diebold Nixdorf Inc. a technology provider to the financial services and retail industries, and worked previously at D+H, a financial technology provider, and at CIBC World Markets. Mr. Caldwell graduated from Carleton University with a B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science, with his M.B.A. from the University of Toronto, and earned the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors in 2018. Mr. Caldwell serves on and Chairs the Board of aka Raisin, a software company focusing on the not-for-profit fundraising sector. David resides in Toronto.
