Operations Support Clerk

Position Description

The Operations Support Clerk is responsible for various functions and duties related to back office processing, including but not limited to payments and clearing, account reconciliations for various General Ledger accounts including wire payments, bill payments, ATM and POS systems, etc. Additional duties include trace requests and investigations, customer support, transaction processing, CAFT support and other general administrative tasks. All work must be carried out with a high degree of accuracy and a focus on service and support to internal teams.

Qualifications Required

• 2-3 years experience working in a Financial Institution would be an asset. Alternatively 2-3 years’experience in office administration or accounting

• Strong analytical skills with ability to pay close attention to detail

• Proficiency in learning new software applications

• High level of organizational skills with ability to prioritize daily workload

• Ability to adjust to changing work priorities and meet deadlines

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Location

This full-time position will be based in our Head Office in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on a Monday through Friday work week.
